I know how frustrating it can be to have a vision and can’t find the right photographer to help you bring it to life. I want to be able to help make your photographic dreams come true! 

You may not believe this, but I absolutely HATE being in front of the camera. People always say, “but you’re a photographer... you take photos.” Yes, the keyword is I “take” them. Nothing says that I have to be “in” them. When I launched my business a few years ago, I knew I needed professional photos taken for branding purposes— social media, website, etc. Believe me, I tried to put it off as long as I could until I couldn’t any longer. It was so stressful trying to figure out what to wear, what poses to do, and what location would look the best. Ugh, I was dreading this experience, but little did I know I would come in contact with the perfect person.

Thankfully, a good friend of mine agreed to help me out and take my pictures. I was already nervous about doing a photoshoot in the first place, but having someone who knew me well enough to help me feel comfortable was a true blessing. We planned out the whole shoot together, and that relieved a lot of the stress I was having. The main hurdle for me to get over now was how I was going to look in the pictures. I have to be honest, I was adamant about not liking the pictures simply because I don’t like how I look in them… ever; but because my photographer was so talented and reassuring during the shoot, I fell in love with the images. 

That experience increased my confidence a lot, and I saw myself in ways that I normally wouldn’t have seen on my own. I totally forgot about my insecurities. It was an eye-opening experience and I’m glad I did it. I can now say I have stepped into my client’s shoes and I totally understand how you may be feeling if you feel insecure or self-conscious in front of a camera. I get it and I know how to help you!

The same experience that I had with my photographer is the same, if not a better experience, you should have with your photographer. I can give you this type of experience—a confident and empowering experience! Whatever fears or concerns that you may have, the photographer should be able to put you at ease. I want to do that for you. I want you to see yourself in ways that you may not have even known were possible. My job is to help make you feel bold, confident, and empowered.
